Convenient location, comfortable room, with a decent breakfast setup helped us settle in quickly and enjoy our time after a long day of travel. Being near the metro station made exploring the area easy.

Loud events disturbing sleep at midnight!!! Unclean common areas and inadequate signage make for a frustrating check-in process!!! Rooms could use deeper cleaning and better odor management throughout the hotel!!!

Make sure to ask the front desk for extra towels upon arrival to ensure a comfortable stay.

I arrived at the hotel and took the shuttle from the airport, which was efficient. The check-in experience was friendly. I found the room clean with everything I needed for my stay. I appreciate the convenience since I was away from my home in Rome.

I had a fantastic time here, especially enjoying the cozy Business King room and the fun outdoor pool! The massage services and sun loungers were just what I needed to unwind after a busy day. Only downside was a little wear and tear in the bathroom, but it didn’t spoil my overall stay. 😊

I appreciated the friendly staff who remembered to book my airport shuttle and the hotel's proximity to delightful spots like Freedom Park, which is just a short walk away, making my weekend strolls absolutely enjoyable.

Upon arrival, this hotel shares access with another establishment, complicating the entrance experience. Parking can be a hassle due to the shared lot with a gentlemen's club. The elevator only operates from the first to the second floor, necessitating an awkward lug of luggage down uneven exterior steps. A promised continental breakfast wasn’t available during my stay, and the limited Wi-Fi service did not function as advertised, making it hard to stay connected. The room itself needs urgent updating, as the comfort level of the beds fell flat and the bathrooms didn't meet cleanliness expectations, with some unpleasant odors lingering.

The stay at Ramada was remarkably pleasant. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist. The room was clean and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for my business trip. Additionally, the proximity to corporate offices made it convenient for my meetings.

A cozy stay with a twist

Woke up to a room filled with plenty of natural light. The staff was incredibly welcoming, surprising us with late check-out, enhancing our experience immensely.

Unfortunately, the elevators were out of service during our stay, which made carrying our luggage upstairs quite a workout. The bathroom could use some updating as well.

The location was perfect for our event, easily accessible off the interstate. The cleanliness of the room made our stay pleasant.
